Well, if you’re only annoying them this turn, I wonder what they’ll call it next week…?

Sangazor
hmm the term bored comes to mind…
Your mood is your choice. If you’re waiting for us to create excitment for you, shame I wasn’t given the Easterlings at game start…
Or, you could switch nations with your Arthedain or Cardolani allies…
Sangazor
Well of course if you were the EA, you would just “be deceptive” about being neutral then too, so it doesn’t change that much. Besides I think the Arthedain and Cards are handling you just fine.
It’s not often I laugh when game turns come out. But I very nearly lost it when there was no sign of combat at Cameth Brin. Angamaitie had sailed across the ocean, then marched his troops all the way over to the Rhudaur capital and then forgot to refuse the challenge. I guess he had never heard about Rhudaur characters getting bonuses to challenge rank or the two command artifacts. Nothing borrowed from the Arthedain just good old Rhudaur muscle. His challenge rank is now over 100, want to try it again?
Actually, I laughed quite a bit on that one myself. It was an impulsive last minute order change. C’est la vie. Angamaite’s been over here since turn 2, by the way, do you even know where my capital is these days…? I like what I’m hearing re: your team intel. There’s lots to laugh about in this one…
Sangazor
DrJ, tell your Sindar friend (?) not to worry. As you know, I have no swords, only clubs. Well, I have a lot of clubs, so I guess he has reason to fear, oh wait, you have lots of clubs too, right? Or do YOU have the swords? Ah whatever…we’ll meet shortly enough I’m sure…
Sangazor
Still think so…?
Sangazor
yes, I do prove otherwise…
Um, well okay, if we have to. I mean, we have Dwarves and all sorts of Elves wandering around aimlessly, haven’t seen Arthedain and Cardolan for a while, excepting all the Smaug food at the smoking ruin of yet another former North Kingdom capital. But if that’s some sort of gauntlet, I’ll take it to my allies and tell them “They’re not yet cowed into submission by our obvious superiority in pops, armies, characters, strategy and overall skill yet, so it’s best if we didn’t presume they’ll retire this turn and actual submit some more orders.”
I’m sure you’ll come around soon enough…
Sangazor
Wow for a pre-aligned neutral you have amazing clarity and perception. Just because of this we are supposed to just drop? Sorry kiddo, it will take more than that. Then again if you spent as much time playing as you spend blustering I wouldnt have to draw you a map would I? Keep it in your pants and just play the game will ya?
Overall skill…hmmm, oh do you mean by takin the duns and Harad prior to turn 0 and jumping the Freeps…yes that takes skills and guts…sour grapes? not at all thats how some games play out…but dont assume for a moment your cowardly jump dictates skill on your part.
Incorrect.
you have amazing clarity and perception.
Correct.
Just because of this we are supposed to just drop?
No, you’re supposed to drop because you are losing and have no hope.
if you spent as much time playing as you spend blustering
I don’t bluster. I laugh at that which amuses me. I’m laughing now.
I wouldnt have to draw you a map would I?
You’ve got the wrong guy. Long Rider, Ice King, Witch King, QA sometimes, they need maps. I’m already where I’m going, I don’t need no stinking map. But thanks anyway.
Keep it in your pants and just play the game will ya?
Now, what game are you talking about again?
Overall skill…hmmm, oh do you mean by takin the duns and Harad prior to turn 0 and jumping the Freeps…
Duns and I decided somewhere around turn 3 what to do, Harad I was never sure about and, frankly, still am not so sure about…
yes that takes skills and guts…
Don’t forget the wry wit.
sour grapes? not at all
Now, that’s either a blatant lie or someone screaming for a slap. You guys have all been about sour grapes. Plant them farther north, you’d get ice wine instead. Tut tut.
thats how some games play out…
Turn 24 or so and, as far as my map tells me, we have 25 nations still in it. You are welcome.
but dont assume for a moment your cowardly jump dictates skill on your part.
Cowardly is an opinion, held by those who get jumped, highly scented with sour grapes. Skill in mobilizing and deflecting and forwarding the game to my dictates from Umbar to the far stretches of Khand all the way to, wait for it, Arthedain’s capital which my war machines recently burned. Well, I guess that’s my opinion.
Cheerio, gotta go.
S
Yeah right Brad, when you can find someone to translate your post Ill try and respond. So I guess Ill stick to that actually made sense. Your definition of sour grapes seems to be as off base as to what you attribute as “skill”, so nothing you really say can be accurate anyways. Just play the game, when one side feels they cant possibly win you’ll know…trust me
Okay, from now on short and simple posts for you:
FP bad. DS good. You whiney. Me funny.
Cheers.
Okay where did i put that map, oh yeah thats right i dropped it at Shrel-Kain when i found that Mage sleeping on the wrong end of town. Who needs a stinkin map anyway all these major towns look the same anyway.
How boring. Bain dies, another Cardolani MT in Witch Hands, another Arthedain capital to be destroyed, FP agents chasing shadows for the 17th week in a row it seems, Easterlings fade into oblivion…and the Eothraim throws perfectly good children by the thousands at the North Gate. Have you not learned from your many previous thrashings in the neighbourhood? Sinda loses an MT, South Gondor loses an MT also.
[for Nightie-dude: You bad, we good]
You guys must really have a lot of emissaries in the rebuilding game, I only see the Northmen making any kind of attempts whilst we snag pop after pop from you.
[for Nightie-dude: Pat-Pat]
Sangazor
Excuse me my arrogance, but why dont you free just give up !?
While I like playing with my toys, it is getting kind of one sided.
Then we can all go and play the new POWER game that me is offering.
It will be both faster and cheaper than this game.
I dont know, maybe because we arent ready to surrender. Its like I told Brad, you dont like it, quit the game, otherwise suck it up. Brad Id try using one syllable words so you could understand but Im sure someone on your team with the brain can translate for you.
Pat-Pat…
I don’t want them to quit…I’m just rocking all over the map! These folks dead, these pops stolen, those one threatened, oh look, Cursers here, combat there… Yes, a good game for us DS…
Hmm. Perhaps you are right. It was quite satisfying to loot the NG capital and put a torch to the white tree. I got such a nice feeling inside. Almost as nice as stealing cities from the defiant Northmen.
