Our wondrous Dark Master has informed me that the so called “Free” Peoples have taken their moniker entirely too much to heart! They haven’t paid rent on the lands owned by the Lord of the Rings and are in serious arrears! Necessarily, I have been charged with collecting on old unpaid debts, and my “collection agents” will be out to enforce His will.
The Neutrals obviously have nothing too worry about, they owe Us nothing. They did not accept Rings as gifts and then try to weasel out of their debt. To them we offer a hand of friendship and a solemn vow their lands, gold, and most importantly citizens will not be targets as long as they remain Neutral. We don’t make war on civilians. The Elves, Dwarves, and in particular Dunedain had better pay up though, or things will become unpleasant for them. Don’t take it personal, it’s just business.

Imagine that it’s not even winter and Ji is already whining about a shortage of money. For us free the problem is trying to spend it faster than we make it. It can be tough at times.
Ji makes mention of 9 rings. Seems when you accept gifts from the Dark One there is always strings attached. Mainly your free will. So if you like hearing DS emmisaries pleading for money day after day after day after day, than Dark is your path. However if you like hearing, what do you want to do and how can we help than the enlightened path is yours.

Since NM commanders tend to have a short life span, they plan on practicing for the afterlife. It’s either one of the nine or that bag 'o’bones mage of the cld. l. I think Adunaphel will do in a pinch.
