And hopefully we can all stop debating about PRS. Get over it. it’s there. So either ignore it in your play like I’m doing, or focus on it and fantasize about how great your PRS numbers will be. Great! if it adds to your enjoyment, awesome! If not, ignore it.

the forum but you step in at your own invite, as far as i know there are no set rules or guide lines for this forum, it is for taunting and goading, where is the thin line drawn for that.Have you received any specific compliants? the last thing we need is a forum police as there are far worse things on the big wide

this type of fighting is bad for the game…I never wanted to join a team because I like meeting new people and fighting against friends but the first time I end up on a side with two people that won’t cooperate because of the type of thing that’s going on here may end up causing me to change my mind…now why should I be deprived of something I enjoy because of a personal fight over something not worth fighting about? ben said he was done…thank you ben…time for everyone else to follow ben’s example and as far as I’m concerned this thread should be deleted and forgotten
The “wanna kick my butt” title was in hopes of jumping ahead of the team already waiting to play WotR as FP.
As a member of the other WotR FP grudge team looking for DS opponents, I wonder will your ploy work?
As a counter-plug for our WotR FP team, I can state that our only concern is with dishing out a great deal of misery to our opponents and having a fun game. If PRS happens to be discussed, it will be in the context of the Pain, Regret and Sorrow that our DS opponents will feel throughout the contest.
I’m a nice guy at heart. I live by a few rules of what I consider “common decency” and several people here just don’t abide by that at all. I think I’ve fallen into the trap of trying to mandate “politeness” on the forum, when it’s seems pretty clear that several people actually get a good bit of entertainment out of bashing on each other. Fair enough. Have at it. I believe that it has been agreed that the only rule will be regarding profanity.
Now I have to figure out how “profanity” is defined.

I agree. Let the thread stand. I have no qualms about watching Shimel try to defend himself against an ever-growing sector of the MEPBM community. I do not need M.E. nor the forum moderator to hold my hand and censor anything for me. If you want to censor something, censor whining!!

–Did i miss this? Who agreed it? I like a bit of profanity, its what the internet was designed for--profanity between consenting adults! Well that, and other stuff weshouldnt go into. As far as censorship on here goes im not at all for it. We are almost all adults, almost all men, i think we can take a bit of swearing. The only thing that ive seen on the forum that was a little bit off colour were my good friend Bens remarks to the so-called softballs thrown up by Mr.Shimel. I think people should a stick to flaming, goading, taunting other players "game personnas" and not their real life stuff, but who gets to decide whats beyond the pale? Obviously a great dislike can occur between people, but what goes on in the game should stay in the game IMHO.

I don’t for many reasons. But the one that is easiest is that we have children who play Middle Earth and for some other swearing is offensive. Feel free in a team if you want, I know I do but as you would not go into a crowded room of strangers and start shouting obscenities (if you do - my advice chat to a doctor! ) don’t do it here.

Yep - the Aussies are an excellent team - one day I’d like to challenge them with our team as well. Ben Shushan’s team is also excellent and there’s a Scandanavian team that ain’t bad either…
We’re just about to play Perry’s team - should be fun as we’ve never played DS as a 2950 team. For some strange reason my wife wants (well has been urged) to play so that should bring a new dynamic to the team… I think I have to do ball-room dancing when I get to be middle-aged as recompense but heh maybe I’ll get hit by a comet or summink before hand uh? !
hey, and what about us? we are still waiting for DS opposition in the WOTR variant - your constant ignoring of our calls of challenge leads me to the conclusion that you fear us. No wonder, I would fear us, too, if I wasn’t us, that is…er?
