Note on Dragon lord, the plan was to fake the FP’s out with a hard EO-plex or Woodman push, thus the turn 1 evil army icon at 2813 and leaving nothing at the capital. I’m not sure if it faked you guys out or not but our hope was to make you pull back forces to defend? We where hoping to keep the DrL troops hiden for a while, but they bumped into the NG cav. Woodman was lucky they stopped the EV moving Duran army as well or the woodman capital might have burned. Looks like things went well for you guys in Mirkwood soooo far…
Who mentioned 1910? Was that fragile? Well, at least for my sake it’s only 1910, was expecting more with all those Phreepies… Blocking is sometimes overrated, I like burning the Arthedain backfield better…
Have we not entered the psycological warfare stage? Questioning courage
and determination in one of your Nazguls history has everything to do with
it… How long will it be before you surrender this age?
Brad, government employee, thats explains everything… A window into
your soul has been opened and will forever be drafty… Enjoy your last
couple of turns as Rhuduar… The stumpies have a few suprises for you.
The future is man with a dash of dwarf & elf NOT orc.
Good turn for the Free this time. A couple DS armies cut off and poor DS character results. But those results won’t last, and you’re going to guess wrong in 2 weeks. And of course, we don’t see you doing anything, but merely preventing us from doing stuff…er…delaying, not preventing. Oh, and don’t bring up 1910 - Noldo burning 2208 turn 2 is more impressive considering everything.
You’re incapable of learning, it would appear… Changes nothing, teaching wasn’t a motivational factor in our game. Some of your allies will come out for the better, though…
No, the difference is nothing you guys have done has taught me anything…
Well in this game… John L played a blinding DrL in a 1 week game a while
back… Now that was interesting and inspirational… Not this drool…
In terms of spectacles worth paying to see, I’d rate Sinda’s horrid play ahead of John’s stellar play in that one - and from my understanding of that game, he’s likely to agree with me…
Na the DS team in that game was the best none grudge team I’ve played in, good group of folks. This lead to a strong DS Mirkwood and let the Drlord to do silly stuff, like threaten the Sinda City/fort and the whole EO plex in the early teens of the game. Fun game. I’m sure this one will be just as much fun…
But it wouldnt have worked if the Sinda and Wm in that game hadnt been
newbies… I warned on T2 the DS were going to concentrate on Mirkwood
and then was ‘out of town’ for the next 4 turns… The damage had been
done but I still enjoyed burning Wk and Rhuduar… :fork:
As for this game… Well, time will tell… But its looking good for the FP…
Okay, true, strong starting DS Mirkwood strategy that JL diplomatically got adopted (along with his eco policy too…) added in the tooth-pulling necessary to get the turn 2/3 mage-killers going, okay, JL get’s his props for that game. And he and I have already discussed what he’s going to get for this game…you FP had better hope he doesn’t get his props here to…hehehehe…
Has VEO finally been given something to do by the Canadian governement or
is he coming to terms with the fact Rhuduar will be out within 2 turns? Now
the 1st idea is very unlikely
I’ll never believe that you could ever find someone else who spends his time so far from reality that he could qualify as that . . . unless of course it’s Vandal . . .
Oh, in the fighting spirit of VEO - Rhuduar shall never die. Last DS to go, if’n you actually find a way to kill a DS, it won’t be Rhudaur. Never shall be Rhudaur. The Dwarves are an ineffectual brood of stumpie fools. Knowing who is who is enlighting and inspiring. The DS shall obviously emerge victorious, and the Stumped shall emerge, well, they shan’t emerge at all, actually…
